The provider’s contract applies.
When you follow a link and buy from another organisation, that organisation sets the price, cancellation window, change fees, refund eligibility and payment timetable. Contact the provider using the details in its confirmation or official app.
A referral does not make StudentStart the seller.
A clearly labelled partner or referral link may produce a reward or commission, but the linked provider remains responsible for its service and transaction unless a page expressly says otherwise.
Tell us about misleading or broken information.
Use the contact page to report an incorrect price, broken destination or unclear disclosure. Do not send card numbers, bank statements, identity documents or passwords.
